Management assistants for IT systems work for Edscha at the SAP Competence Center. They analyze IT requirements relating to SAP in the various departments, design IT solutions using standard SAP software, install SAP processes and assist the departments until the start of production. As part of this they train and advise users of SAP systems and provide user support throughout the Edscha Group.
